This BNB was super clean and in a great downtown location. the supplied cookware was nice, complete, and not super beat up like other air bnbs. The Waller was a very nice place to stay. Parking costs $5 per day, not a big deal if your only there for a few days but stayed a month so that added over 200 bucks to my stay so keep that in mind. The place was stocked for 1 day, eg a single dishwasher pod, 1 trash bag, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 toilet paper roll. There was no hand soap anywhere either. When I asked for extra supplies they brought more garbage bags, toilet paper, and hand soap enough for a week which is fine but just keep in mind they're light on the supplies even for short stays. You cannot order mail to this BNB, that is for actual waller residents only. The monthly price was really good for the location but not with the additional parking costs. I was also pretty annoyed that they do everything through Kasa even though they advertise on Airbnb. Small gripe.

This is a great apartment with 2 bedrooms, approximately 1,100 square feet, a nice layout, and a cool city view. The couch and beds are comfortable, and since it’s a new building, everything looks modern and well-maintained. The gym is excellent, equipped with a full range of TechnoGym equipment. Both pools are nice—although the larger one isn’t always in the sun, it’s still enjoyable. The neighborhood can feel a bit quiet, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to downtown. However, the included parking is a great bonus. If you’re looking to explore Austin, this is a centrally located spot with excellent amenities and a modern interior. It’s hard to go wrong, especially if you can secure it at a good rate.

I had a great time while staying in The Waller. The building has new gym, very nice pool. All building areas and the apartments are highly maintained. The concierge deks staff are very welcoming and friendly. GreyStar was very responsive with clear instructions and immediate response. Very close to The Capitol and convenient public transportation to UT Austin
