Meet Kasa Field Operations

1. We expect you to appropriately staff teams to turnover rooms by 4PM checkin and complete post-clean quality inspections.

2. We expect you to provide hotel-grade cleanliness in an industry standard amount of time.

3. We expect you and your team to be comfortable utilizing mobile technology for real-time communications, problem solving, and task completion.

4. We expect you to attend any required meetings with Kasa operations teams, share feedback, and check in on shared goals.

5. We expect you to provide your own cleaning supplies for your staff. However, Kasa provides all stocking materials for each room.

• Kasa offers partners a consistent, reliable volume of cleaning tasks.

• We offer a monthly incentive program that allows you to earn more per clean if you can hit minimum cleaning quality scores from our guests.

• We have a dedicated support team available via text, phone, or email.

• We operate 7 days a week and require the same availability from our partners.

• We offer additional compensation to clean on certain holidays.

• Sometimes cleans require more work than expected. For those instances, we will provide you with a higher rate with the submission of photographic evidence. In the rare event the unit is in disarray, we will coordinate with you to determine a fair one-time cleaning rate.

• Checkout is at 11am and check-in is at 4pm. Many units will need to be cleaned within that time frame to allow for current guests to check out and new guests to check in on the same day.

• Depending on the specific property, Kasa may require you to complete laundry services in unit during the turnover clean.

• Commercial general liability insurance

• Automobile insurance

• Worker's compensation and employer's liability insurance

*Please note some of these insurance policies are not required in all cases.

• All our third-party vendors are paid via ACH Transfer or check upon receipt of an invoice.

• For the majority of our cleaning partners, we have the option to opt you in for our reverse invoicing workflow. How does it work?

1. We create a personalized invoice for all completed tasks since our last round of invoices.

2. We send the invoice to our partners for review and make any changes as needed.

3. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we will automatically process your invoice so you get paid quickly. If a correction is still needed, we can always make an adjustment up to a week later and submit it to the next round of invoices.

4. After we process your invoice, you will see an ACH transfer to your account within seven business days or a check by mail depending on your preference.

5. We recommend reverse invoicing over traditional invoicing so you can get paid sooner. This method allows Kasa to quickly and accurately report our cleaning costs to our partners at the end of the month to bypass delayed payments, invoicing, and reporting. Everyone wins!
