Kasa’s was perfect location and within walking distance from Filmore St where there are plenty of places to eat and have drinks. Local shops. So Kasa was great all around for me. I had a very loud neighbor who had some mental issues it sounded like and they moved me rooms the next day. I had an another guest above me who walked around like a giant bear and was up early stomping around but I had to be up early also so it was okay. So things you should know…. Parking is not easy to find and when you do try to leave again because it’s scares and hard to find especially in the evening and more so by night time. The closest parking garage charges $35 a night. Lastly my car was broken into by day 4 and the Catalytic Converterwas taken along with my gym bag. Supposed to be a great neighborhood and on the more upscale perhaps it was my out of town plates or the fact that the riprap head to the nicer places. Thankfully I found someone to cut in straight pipes until I leave to back home in April

Lovely apartment in Pac Heights. The pictures were accurate and it was super comfortable, clean and well equipped. I would have no reservations about staying here again.

I had a great stay here at a great location in the city. communication with the staff was also very easy and they were helpful when needed. Would recommend this place. Thanks for the hospitality and hope there is an opening in this property when I’m back in the city again!
