The hotel was just as described. The room was literally a new space looks like it was never used yet. The full kitchen as stocked with all the cooking supplies you would need. It was super easy to gain entry into the hotel and your room. I had a great view of the lake from the back balcony. Will definitely stay here in future trips to Lake Ana.

If you are working a NAPS outage, please do not stay here, because then I wont be able to book a room! Just kidding, its a great place, so great I'm sure ill have to book the fall outage three months in advance.

Just a few things. Hotel is gorgeous, location is great since there aren’t many options at Lake Anna. Room was clean, process was relatively simple to book. Now for the things to consider. Walls are paper thin, we could have engaged in conversation with all the people around us, even above us. Pretty sure we could hear them breathing, insulation must not have been in the budget. The shower water was so cold. Couldn’t get anything above luke warm. The rooms have a nice balcony but no chairs, took the plastic fold up desk chair out to sit ( only 1 in room). Gorgeous deck for everyone to enjoy that looks over the lake. It’s very nice! When Tim’s the restaurant next door is open the intense smell of all things food permiates the air. When booking the king room for $144 after all the fees it was over $200, then before completion of the booking they want a card on file to put a $250 hold on your card or you pay a $23 fee nonrefundable so there was an extra added expense on top of the 200 just for the room. Coffee steep leaks when you pour! Would I stay here again, yes! Again not many options in the area and this is far better than anything around.
